Profile Description

I started in real estate as an ISA cold-calling motivated sellers. Ten years later, I was running a 62-person virtual team across the Philippines, Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, and India as Director of Operations for a Texas-based real estate investor.

That gap tells you everything about how I work.

I didn't just take tasks off a client's plate. I built the infrastructure that let a single investor operate at the scale of a mid-size company. That meant building acquisition and disposition pipelines, managing transaction coordination, overseeing property management, and standing up a full skip tracing and property data company from the ground up including managing the web developers who built it.

On the operations side, I've handled:
Lead generation, list building from county sources, and skip tracing
ISA team management and lead management systems
CMA reports and ARV analysis
Transaction coordination from contract to close
Acquisition and disposition support
Podio buildouts and Zapier automations
GHL pipelines and CRM workflows
Recruiting, onboarding, and managing VAs across time zones and cultures

I've helped first-time investors build their teams from zero. I've managed social media managers, SEO specialists, graphic artists, and web developers simultaneously. I know what breaks at every stage of growth because I've fixed it.
