Amazon Account Manager | Technical Operations VA
I am an Amazon Account Manager and Technical Operations Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience supporting Amazon Seller Central accounts and backend operations for automation and healthcare-based businesses.
On the Amazon side, I manage daily Seller Central operations for private label and reseller brands across US and EU marketplaces. My work includes listing optimization, inventory coordination, account health monitoring, customer service support, and performance reporting.
Alongside Amazon work, I support technical and administrative operations for automation and healthcare companies. This includes SOP documentation, CRM management, website updates, reporting tasks, and general tech support to keep systems organized and compliant.

• Medical billing support and daily reporting through EMS platforms
• Job application support, including resume edits and submissions

• General admin and technical support while handling sensitive data
