I specialize cities in NC, AR, MN and FL in real estate operations and have successfully managed and optimized CRM platforms. My experience includes managing buyer and seller transactions from contract to close, coordinating with all parties involved to ensure a smooth process and maintaining full transaction compliance. I’ve also prepared pre-listing materials, handled MLS listings, scheduled showings and open houses, obtained agent feedback, as well as communications across various social media platforms. In addition, I played a crucial role in content planning to enhance online brand awareness. I send DTD2 templates and respond to messages for potential clients specifically Facebook and LinkedIn, create real estate flyers like UC, Just Sold, Just Listed, Open House, etc. and send out monthly newsletters. I draft and post 5 real estate-related information to social media weekly (quotes, Google reviews, local market updates, ---------- s, reels, etc.) I also did geo-tagging for our Google Business page and blog posts for our website. I also did data mining (FSBO, Expired, Tax Delinquency, Probates, Divorce, Withdrawn, etc) where I researched leads' personal information, pull data into a county's website, input necessary information into a spreadsheet and updated our CRM then call them for nurturing purposes. Lastly, I did cold calling to potential buyers/sellers asking them if they have any plans to buy/sell/invest properties and with realtors too who wanted to pursue a career path in real estate.

True People Search, CyberbackgroundCheck & PropStream (skip tracing), Zoom Phone, Slack and Google Workspace.
