Hi, I'm Upgrade to see actual info and I'm deeply passionate about solving problems through the written word. I'm currently working as a manager for some YouTube channels, while also doubling as the head writer. 

Highly competent and enamoured with the English language, I am able to write in just about any format and edit a wide variety of works. I have a way with grammar and stringing words together to evoke what needs to be evoked.

As the manager for some YouTube channels, here are some of my day-to-day tasks:
- Quality assurance of scripts, voice overs, and videos
- Coming up with solutions to problems as and before they arise
- Minor audio editing and manipulation
- Generating voice overs through Text-To-Speech (TTS) and ensuring correct pronunciation throughout the file
- Timely coordination with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers 
- Identifying patterns in our video catalogue to predict what content the audience will like and the delivery that will keep them engaged
