About Us

Date Better Snacks makes chocolate-covered Medjool dates stuffed with proprietary nut butter — and we're growing fast. We're in 2,000+ retail doors including Whole Foods, expanding every month, and building a brand that people genuinely love. We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented VA to help us manage our brand ambassador program and retail demo operations.

What You'll Do

Brand Ambassador Program

• Review incoming brand ambassador applications and screen candidates against our guidelines (we'll train you on exactly what we're looking for)
• Maintain and organize a candidate tracker
• Schedule Zoom interviews between shortlisted candidates and our team
• Follow up with candidates as needed to keep the pipeline moving

Retail Demo Scheduling

• Log into our Whole Foods vendor portal to schedule in-store demos across our retail locations
• Coordinate demo dates and confirm logistics with our team
• Call stores directly ahead of scheduled demos to confirm product is on shelf and stocked — this is a US-facing role and clear phone communication matters

Monthly Store Performance Reviews

• Pull and review monthly store-level sales data
• Identify stores underperforming vs. targets
• Flag and prioritize those locations for upcoming demos
• Summarize findings in a simple monthly report for our team

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English — you will be calling US store locations and speaking with store staff directly
• Must have a reliable way to make calls to the US (VoIP, WhatsApp, Google Voice, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail (this is critical — see below)
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Experience with Google Sheets, Zoom, and basic web portals
• Comfortable being paid via PayPal bi-weekly
• Philippines-based preferred for timezone overlap with our West Coast team
