The Role:
We're seeking a Talent Coordinator to work directly under a Talent Manager to support our roster of digital creators. This is a full-time position for organized, detail-oriented professionals looking to grow their career within the creator economy.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate brand-creator campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and communication between all parties. You will play a vital role in the operational success of our talent and their brand partnerships.

Core Responsibilities:
- Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for brand-creator campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops to ensure successful project completion.
- Administrative Support
- Support Talent Managers in preparing pitch decks, organizing talent schedules, and maintaining internal databases and reporting tools.
- Communication Management
- Facilitate clear and professional communication between creators, brand partners, and the management team.
- Quality Control
- Review creator content for brand safety and adherence to campaign guidelines before final delivery to clients.

Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3+ years of administrative, operations, customer support, or project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder communications
- Strong understanding of creator management best practices, including professional boundaries and empathetic communication
- Proven ability to work independently with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general project management tools
- Must be based in the Philippines
Preferred:
- Experience in a client-facing or fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to track complex tasks with high attention to detail
- Background in gaming, beauty, fashion, or YouTube creator representation
- Personal experience as a content creator or managing a creator account
