Shopify Admin / Store Manager

About the role:
We're a women's apparel brand scaling quickly, with a steady flow of new products launching. We're looking for a sharp, fast, detail-oriented Shopify Admin to own our product listings and keep our store organized and clean. This is an execution-focused role with room to grow into broader store management as you prove yourself.

What you'll do:

List new products accurately and quickly (titles, descriptions, images, variants, SKUs, tags, collections) following our set process
Keep the catalog organized clean collections, correct categorization, consistent formatting
Update product pages, offers, and the site as needed
Flag issues proactively (low stock, disorganized collections, incomplete listings)
Follow our SOPs precisely while working efficiently

What we're looking for:

Experience with Shopify (listing and managing products)
Fast and accurate, you can list a product cleanly in a short window without cutting corners
Sharp and quick to learn, you pick up new processes fast and don't need repeated explanation
Comfortable following SOPs and a specific format
Detail-oriented & you catch small errors and care about getting things right
Reliable and available during committed hours

Nice to have:

Experience managing inventory or working with product/catalog data
An eye for merchandising and organization
