Tago Life is a eco system launching multiple brands- a supplement, and events planning
We move fast and build big.
We need an Operations Manager to be the right hand of the CEO, keeping brands on track, managing the team, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations across all brands and projects
Marketing, Content, Sales, PR, Events, Admin
Run weekly meetings and hold the team accountable to deadlines
Make decisions on behalf of the CEO when needed
Keep all events and projects on schedule
EOD reports and follow ups. Document everything, no proof = not done
What We're Looking For:
2+ years in operations, project management, or a leadership role
Experience managing a team
Self-starter who owns outcomes without being told what to do
Detail-oriented, organized, and great with follow-through
Bonus: experience in events, entertainment, or lifestyle brands
