JOB OVERVIEW

Summit Hospitality ( ---------- ) is a rapidly growing vacation rental cleaning service in a beautiful resort community of Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. We value excellent communication to our property managers and internal staff, and providing a cleaning service that covers all the details for ensuring properties are 'guest ready'. We want to be the trusted name in the industry in Whistler. This can't be achieved without excellent coverage of our inbox and communication channels, 7 days per week. We are seeking 2 part time or full time VA's with experience in administrative and customer relations management. Some recommended experience includes:
Exceptional attention to detail — you notice what others miss
High standards and a commitment to doing things the right way
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or property management is an asset

Functions of the job include:
Actioning Email Enquiries
Making adjustments within our CRM (Resort Cleaning software)
Staff Feedback (through Slack internal communications or email)
Providing handover notes to supervisors
Reporting to Operations manager
Fulfilling administrative projects as they arise
Answering phone inquiries after hours
