About SunSent Solar & Roofing
SunSent Solar & Roofing is a fast-growing solar and roofing company serving Missouri and surrounding areas. We're building a lean, high-performing team that runs on the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System): clear priorities, clear ownership, and disciplined execution. We're looking for a Senior Executive Assistant who can keep pace with a company that moves fast, values accountability, and operates with a high standard of excellence.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our leadership team. This is not an entry-level administrative role—we're looking for someone who has successfully supported senior executives, can operate independently under pressure, and isn't afraid to raise concerns or recommend better ways of doing things.
Experience in the solar or roofing industry is a strong advantage, and familiarity with US-based hiring and onboarding processes will set you apart.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide executive-level support to company leadership by managing calendars, communications, scheduling, travel arrangements, and priorities.
•Coordinate and assist with the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of US-based employees and contractors.
•Support daily business operations using CRM platforms and internal systems while quickly learning new software as needed.
•Help drive execution of leadership priorities, including EOS Rocks, To-Dos, meeting follow-ups, and action items.
•Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and executive documentation.
•Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, urgency, and accuracy.
•Anticipate executive and operational needs, identify issues before they become problems, and proactively recommend solutions.
•Coordinate projects and communication across a distributed US and Philippine workforce.
•Ensure leadership remains organized, informed, and focused on high-impact priorities.
Qualifications
•Minimum of 3 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting senior executives, founders, or C-level leadership.
•Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to catch inconsistencies and errors others may overlook.
•Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism under pressure.
•Highly organized with outstanding time management and follow-through.
•Tech-savvy and resourceful, with the ability to quickly learn CRMs and new software platforms with minimal guidance.
•Experience in the solar and/or roofing industry is strongly preferred.
•Experience working within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is highly preferred.
•Previous experience supporting US-based recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes is preferred.
•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Confident enough to raise concerns, provide recommendations, and respectfully push back when appropriate—not simply execute assigned tasks.
What We're Looking For (Character Fit)
•Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do.
•Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
•Comfortable working directly with US leadership across multiple time zones.
•Trustworthy, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
•Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
•Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
•A genuine problem-solver who looks beyond completing tasks to improving outcomes.
Work Setup
•Fully remote (Philippines-based applicants only).
•Full-time Independent Contractor.
•Must be available to work during US Central Time business hours.
•Must have a reliable desktop or laptop (dual monitors preferred).
•Stable high-speed internet connection with a backup internet option is highly preferred.
•Quiet, professional home office suitable for virtual meetings.
Compensation & Benefits
•USD $1,200–$1,440 per month (approximately PHP 72,000–PHP 86,400 per month), based on experience and qualifications.
•Paid weekly via Wise.
•HMO coverage after 60 days of continuous service.
•Paid training and structured onboarding.
•Opportunity for long-term career growth within a rapidly growing US-based solar and roofing company.
•Work closely with an experienced leadership team committed to operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
