Responsibilities:
Online Sales Channel Management:
Lead and oversee online sales channels, participate in sales campaigns, create product listings, manage live sales, and other marketing initiatives. Be the key contact for B2B and B2C customers, responding to inquiries and supporting ad-hoc activities.
B2B Sales Channel Management:
Identify online/offline retailers with brand synergies, assist in retailer onboarding, and liaise for delivery.
Influencer Management:
Manage influencer seeding campaigns from sourcing to execution, including communication and deliverables review.
Brand Calendar Management:
Generate and maintain the brand calendar for sales, marketing, and social media activities. Curate and manage content for social media platforms.
Brand Collaboration Pipeline:
Build and maintain the brand collaboration pipeline, including lead sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and campaign execution.
Ad Hoc:
Provide ad hoc support to the CEO

Qualifications:
Experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in a Sass / eCommerce based company
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Working knowledge with Google docs, sheets
Ability to pick up new skills on the go
