Client Specialist

Hello I am in search of a VA who can help me with Client Relations. Jod description but not limited to

- Submitting and keeping track of Client portfolio
- Tracking progress of applications to get approved
- Calls to carriers to get updates and requirements
- Calls to clients giving updates on policies
- Basic system understanding
- Basic understanding of different companies we work with (or willing to learn)
- Having basic math understanding since you will be tracking commissions being paid out after Client approvals
- Structured is a must
- Good computer with camera
- Phone is required to get updates from clients and companies
- Basic knowledge on Google sheets, Trello, MailChimp, Canva
