Company: We are an Italian design company, leader in the market of building material, seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our National Sales Manager in Australia.

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support the National Sales Manager, manage communication, and ensure a smooth workflow. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Meeting Coordination:
o Receive voice summaries and draft follow-up emails.
o Schedule meetings, update Google Calendar and Salesforce.
o Prepare and organize meeting materials.

2. Email Management:
o Manage, reply, and organize emails efficiently.
o Conduct follow-ups and forward important communications.
o Draft professional correspondence as needed.

3. Calendar Management:
o Request and organize meetings.
o Confirm appointments and ensure the calendar is up to date.
o Set reminders and manage time zones for meetings.

4. Communication:
o Communicate with international partners regarding orders and shipments.
o Track DHL shipments and follow up on production dates.
o Gather and share information for Australian clients.

5. Lead Development:
o Identify and connect with potential leads on LinkedIn and via email.
o Maintain communication and organize meetings.
o Assist in developing presentations and proposals.

6. Task Management:
o Prioritize and track tasks using project management tools.
o Assist in setting daily and weekly goals.
o Provide end-of-day summaries and next-day schedules.

7. Social Media Management:
o Manage LinkedIn profile and engage with connections.
o Post content and updates monthly.
o Assist in content creation and research.

8. Research and Reporting:
o Conduct market research and compile reports.
o Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

9. Data Entry and Organization:
o Maintain and update records in Salesforce.
o Organize digital files and documents.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Intermediate sales skills and the ability to engage with leads.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptionally good written and spoken English is a must.
• Willing to learn and grow with the company for the long term.

Work Hours:
