HIRING: VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (Preferably New Graduate)

POSITION DETAILS:
Hours: 9 am - 6 pm PST, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities include email management (drafting email replies on behalf of the CEO as needed.)
Task prioritization, business relationship nurturing, process improvement, basic digital marketing knowledge, social media management.
Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1 year experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, independence, and resilience
Social media management experience

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Own PC/Mac (preferably MAC)
Stable internet (25 MBPS)
Good mic, headset, and laptop/desktop camera
*Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
