JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize workflows, automations, and integrations in ClickUp.
- Utilize AI tools and AI agents to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Develop detailed documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal processes.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support various e-commerce programs.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address operational challenges.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ClickUp, including workflow creation and automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools and AI agents (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive documentation and SOPs.
- Background in e-commerce, dropshipping, or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
