JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help build and manage a membership community, including a class booking platform, forum, and courses using GoHighLevel. The VA will be responsible for setting up and migrating existing content from UpCoach and Notion to GoHighLevel.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a membership community with a class booking platform and forum on GoHighLevel.
Migrate existing content from UpCoach and Notion to GoHighLevel.
Set up and integrate courses, manage membership subscriptions, and ensure a seamless user experience.
Customize and optimize the platform for user engagement and growth.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and updates as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform setup and management.
Experience in migrating data and content between platforms (UpCoach, Notion, etc.).
Strong understanding of membership management, online course creation, and community engagement.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in building and managing online communities.
Knowledge of content creation, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
Technical skills in integrating third-party tools and services.
