VA and HR Coordinator

We are a growing People and Culture consulting firm. We love working with other organizations to help them have more cohesive teams and operate more effectively.

We also need help getting our back-end operations together and providing back-end support for client projects.

This role will be our first VA to help us get organized and support our client projects as needed. Projects may range from refining draft PPT decks, supporting recruiting, researching a topic etc.

We are looking for candidates who have
- An interest and experience with HR/people and culture
- Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented
- Are detail-oriented and enjoy jumping into the details of a project
