JOB OVERVIEW

Nautical staffing is looking for a Transaction coordinator for our client who is a rapidly growing national commercial real estate investment services firm is seeking to hire a Transactions Coordinator for its Austin, Texas office. The position will report to the firm's Director of Transaction Services.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the virtual administration of the office's proposal and transaction pipeline, focusing on real estate investment sales and financing transactions.
- Monitor deadlines, milestones, and updates throughout the transaction and production cycles.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between transaction teams, internal departments, and external parties.
- Responsibilities include scheduling presentations, managing submission deadlines, organizing property tours, planning marketing announcements, and overseeing due diligence processes.
- Provide collaborative support for transaction and corporate initiatives by working virtually with production personnel across various offices.
- Offer technical support to associates and clients by creating and cross-checking contractual agreements, managing office inventory virtually, maintaining and updating the company database/CRM, and researching tools and services to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Handle event and conference planning and scheduling in a virtual capacity to support organizational goals.


Qualifications:

- Exceptional time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Office360 Applications
- Experience in using Salesforce, Dropbox, Box or any similar software is a plus
- Proficiency in thriving within fast-paced, deadline-driven virtual environments.
- Capability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects while maintaining productivity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proven expertise in delegating, managing, and coordinating tasks across virtual platforms.
- Talent for identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Self-driven, proactive, and professional in interactions with internal teams, clients, lenders, and third parties.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions is an advantage.
- Must be able to commit to work during Central US Business hours
