Senior Airbnb Virtual Assistant

Join Our Growing Airbnb Business as a Virtual Assistant!

Are you a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with a passion for short-term rentals? We're looking for a Superstar VA to be our first hire and help scale our Airbnb business! This is an exciting opportunity with massive growth potential as you’ll play a key role in our expansion.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Airbnb, Hospitable, and PriceLabs platforms efficiently
- Communicate with guests via Airbnb, WhatsApp, and other messaging tools
- Handle calendar updates, pricing adjustments, and availability across listings
-Oversee cleaners and ensure turnovers are scheduled and completed smoothly
- Submit and manage AirCover claims for damages and disputes
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews, including requesting review removals when necessary
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members via Indeed and other platforms
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks (or willingness to learn)
- Perform other administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of Airbnb – you will be tested on your knowledge
- Previous experience in Airbnb management (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership skills & ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Tech-savvy & quick to learn new tools
- Experience managing cleaners and handling property maintenance

Compensation & Growth Opportunity:
