Job Title: Sales Admin
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

A growing organization seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin to streamline daily operations and enhance customer interactions. This position requires a proactive, organized individual to handle follow-ups, job scheduling, payment collections, and general administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and superior customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:

The Sales Admin will be responsible for coordinating with customers, managing schedules, maintaining CRM records, and providing essential administrative support. This role involves regular client follow-ups, payment collection, and quality control to support the sales and operations teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Follow-ups:

Conduct estimate follow-ups at 24 hours, 72 hours, and 7 days post-issuance, with weekly follow-ups until closed or declined.
Perform post-job follow-ups within 24 hours for quality control, thanking customers, and requesting Google reviews.

Payment Collections:

Contact customers daily with outstanding balances to ensure prompt payment.
Update and maintain accurate payment records.

Scheduling and CRM Management:

Coordinate job scheduling efficiently with the operations team to optimize routes and workflows.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM (Workiz preferred).

Administrative and Calendar Management:

Manage calendars for the owner and managers, scheduling appointments and meetings.
Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.

Customer Service:

Answer incoming calls and emails, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor during all interactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Workiz preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred:

Experience in customer follow-ups and payment collections.
Familiarity with Google review management and basic quality control processes.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
