Remote Executive Assistant

PushButton AI is rapidly growing startup that helps entrepreneurs launch new businesses with the help of advanced AI systems.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Remote Executive Assistant (EA) / Virtual Assistant (VA) for our Head of Growth.

This is a critical hire and will play a critical role in our growth in 2025.

We need someone who can work US hours, Pacific time.

This is a fulltime position, 40 hours a week.

You’ll be one of the founding hires of this division, where you’ll be helping with:

- Top of funnel traffic campaigns (paid and organic).
- Hiring and managing the next few hires of the content team.
- Managing a pipeline of YouTube/newsletter content.
- Handling distribution/repurposing of the content (social media, short form content, etc.).
- Playing a vital role in organizing and managing projects that are critical for our growth.

In addition, you’ll be helping our Head of Growth with the following projects (and more):

- Taking our YouTube channel from 20,000 subscribers to 100,000 subscribers and beyond in 2025.
- Taking our newsletter to 100,000 subscribers and beyond.
- Scaling and launching low ticket offers that will ascend into our high-ticket, flagship products

What you’ll do:

- Manage the content team & have a steady pipeline of high-value content flowing consistently.
- Be a founding member of a high-growth AI startup’s content team.
- Manage our content ecosystem through Clickup.
- Handle various admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.
- Create, optimize & maintain systems to produce profitable content at scale.
- Repurpose and distribute content from our longform YouTube content across channels & platforms (short form content, X, newsletter, etc.)
- Help keep a steady flow of content consistently across our calendar.
- Research assistance (keywords data, finding sources for content, etc.).
- Help with iterative tasks like data entry or mass outbound (like with X giveaways).
- Producing valuable lead magnets (templates, resources, databases, etc).
- Help source content partnerships & affiliates through cold outbound.
- Help source & onboard new members of the content team .

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years working in content creation, YouTube, or social media.
- 5+ years working as an executive assistant.
- Familiarity with ClickUp (or a similar project management software)
- Familiar with Kanban style workflows
- Comfortable learning new technologies or workflows on the fly
- Familiar with the “make money online” and B2B content space on YouTube
- Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in navigating all social media platforms and apps, ideally an expert in TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, with a keen understanding of X
- A self-starter who can manage tasks with minimal direction.
- Reliable, communicative, and eager to contribute.
- You are scrappy and flexible enough to work in an ambiguous environment with limited guidance
- Excellent organizational skills; proven track record of multitasking various projects ideation through completion
- Ability to work within fast growing environment as a great teammate and work independently meeting deadlines with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication including great negotiation skills
- Not afraid to get in the weeds and eager to join a fast-growing team at the ground floor
- Adapt to change in processes at any given time.

Nice to have:

- Strong familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
- Deep knowledge in YouTube content creation (thumbnail optimization, YouTube SEO, content strategy, etc.)
- Experience working directly with C-level executives in a startup environment
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Understanding of SEO content & WordPress
- High learning velocity
- Bias towards action
- Background in content optimization or growth marketing
- Understanding of AI content generation
- Loves doing research or going down rabbit holes
