Commercial Real Estate Virtual Assistant- Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our commercial real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and experience in bookkeeping or financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with property management tasks, including scheduling, document management, and client communication.
Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and track expenses.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
Conduct market research and organize property data.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate, property management, or a similar field.
Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with real estate management platforms (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet).
Knowledge of lease agreements and real estate terminology.
