Real Estate Cold Caller

You will need to cold call home/land owners. You will give them an offer on their home/land. You will also draft up the offers/contracts. I will have a template for you and you will fill in the information such as offer amount, closing date and seller and buyer information. You need to know how to find out the value of the home/land. I will also need help with managing my calendar. If you can also make engaging social media posts that's a plus but not mandatory.
