Project Manager (w/ Wordpress & Lovable exp)

Organization: Non Profit
Hours: Part-time, flexible (estimated 15-25 hrs/week to start, may grow)
Compensation: $7-10/hr USD
Time Zone: Antlantic Standard Time

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Onboarding and Training
- Onboard new regional managers, country directors, and core team volunteers into the tech stack (Notion, Airtable, Slack)
- Walk them through SOPs and training materials created by the developer
- Answer questions, troubleshoot access issues, and make sure everyone is set up and confident
- Be the first point of contact for anyone joining the global team

Project Coordination
- Track tasks and milestones across the global team
- Follow up with tea ---------- mbers on deadlines, deliverables, and incomplete tasks
- Send reminders, check in on progress, and flag blockers to leadership
- Keep the Notion workspace and Airtable organized and current

Systems Support
-Know the tech stack inside and out
-Identify when something is broken, confusing, or needs improvement
-Coordinate with the developer or leadership when system changes are needed
-Use Claude AI to support documentation, queries, and process improvements

Communication
-Attend brief weekly check-ins with leadership
-Provide simple status updates on team activity and progress

WHO YOU ARE

Must-haves:
- Solid experience with Notion and Airtable
- Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)
- Must have experience in Lovable
- Must have experience in Wordpress
- Must have Project Management experience
- Must have reliable internet connection
- Experience with volunteer-driven or non-profit organizations is a plus
- Experience in Graphic Design is a plus
