Position Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator based in the Philippines to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with extensive experience in project coordination, who thrives in a remote team environment, is highly self-motivated, and has excellent customer interaction and team management skills.

The coordinator will serve as a critical bridge between our US-based leadership and our growing team of Client Success Specialists, ensuring projects are executed smoothly, consistently, and with maximum IMPACT. This position requires working US-based business hours and close collaboration with Philippines-based teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.



Key Responsibilities

Own the coordination and tracking of multiple ongoing projects with a high degree of autonomy and precision.

Liaise with both US and Philippines-based teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to manage timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Coordinate project plans, update schedules, and monitor progress against milestones through internal project management and communications systems such as Zoho and ClickUp.

Serve as the point of contact for internl and external stakeholders on project logistics, updates, and dependencies.

Facilitate project meetings via Zoom including status updates and action item tracking/assignment.

Identify project risks, flag issues early, and proactively drive resolution.

Perform thorough and detailed quality assurance checks on project deliverables and demonstrate you’re attention to detail by identifying the typo in this post in your application.

Provide constructive feedback to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure alignment with defined project standards and expectations for success.

Maintain accurate, organized documentation and systems for project and client delivery.

Ensure client interactions are handled with professionalism and responsivness.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows.



Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in project coordination or project management roles.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with customers and executives.

Deep familiarity with project management methodologies.

Proficiency in tools like ClickUp, Zoho Desk, Zoho SalesIQ, and Zoho Cliq.

Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and stay organized.

Must be able to work full-time during US business hours (Eastern or Central Time preferred).

Experience working with international teams and a high level of cultural awareness.

Degree or certification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
