Want to work with a sustainable business? What does sustainable even mean? ask yourself. If you ask us, it means 3 things;
1. Global ecological(habitat)-sustainability=biological security=Environmental preservation
2. Social-sustainability=social-equity(equal opportunities=Good Wages=not oppressing/exploiting people
3. Economic opportunities only 3rd=after the 1st and 2nd priorities are sustained!=Not placing profits before social equity=not placing social convenience before the environment/habitat sustainability, and never ever greenwashing

The job description is basically "zero waste" product research and "trending products"(in their non-plastic versions) research, Supplier-sourcing/communication/onboarding, and being my virtual assistant.

Our company is a zero-plastic online retail business, primarily created to combat the plastic pollution issue(due to its bio-incompatible nature) and to make ecological sustainability a global standard, starting with manufacturers, Public-Education-campaigns(consumer awareness), and legislation so if you wish to work with me I'll need you to research "Zero Waste" companies/products/packaging and understand those products/packaging standards, if you haven't already. (Task 1)

Watch some local Zero Waste Lifestyle YouTubers to understand what that lifestyle looks like.

Are you familiar with the precautionary principle? it means if you're not sure, play it safe!

Do you know any examples of "greenwashing"? if not, research this issue.

Have you listened to the "JRE" podcast episode #"1638: with "Shanna Swann" on Spotify? if not...(Task 3)

Please do these things before our video interview, and please only respond after these 3 qualifying tasks that should be a part of your awareness with or without being hired for a Zero Waste Brand like mine, thank you!
