Virtual Assistant (GoHighLevel, Notion & Client Management) – $6 to $8/hr – Performance-Based Pay + Bonuses

I’m hiring a no-excuses, highly reliable virtual assistant who is proficient in GoHighLevel & Notion, can make admin calls, manage clients, and handle simple website edits.

This role is strictly performance-based—you get paid for completed work, done on time and correctly. If you’re late, absent, or fail to meet expectations, your pay will be deducted, and bonuses/promotions won’t apply.

That said, if you show up, perform, and take ownership, you’ll have real earning potential and long-term stability in this company. I take care of people who take care of business. But if you slack off, make excuses, or disappear—I’ll personally book a flight to the Philippines and handle it myself.

Responsibilities
• GoHighLevel CRM: Update contacts, manage automations, and set up workflows.
• Notion: Organize tasks, track projects, and structure notes.
• Client Management: Handle follow-ups, organize client data, and ensure smooth communication.
• Admin Calls: Contact customer support, schedule appointments, and follow up.
• Simple Website Editing: Make basic updates, content changes, and minor design fixes.
• General Admin Tasks: Data entry, email management, and keeping everything organized.

What I Need From You
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Experienced with GoHighLevel & Notion (this is mandatory)
• Extremely reliable—lateness & absence are penalized
• Fast learner & self-starter—I won’t babysit you
• Tech-savvy & detail-oriented—mistakes cost time & money

PAY STRUCTURE (No Surprises, No Excuses)
• Base Pay: $6 to $8 per hour (based on experience & performance)
• Late or Absent? Automatic 50% pay deduction for that shift
• No Work, No Pay—No Exceptions
• Bonuses & Raises? Available for those who show up consistently & perform well
