Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager

Role Essentials - Must have Personal Injury Pre-Litigation experience:

• Help in setting up Filevine for Personal Injury pre-litigation law firm. Please do NOT apply if you don't have Personal Injury Pre-Litigation experience.
• Managing a portfolio of personal injury cases from the moment they come in until the joyous settlement.
• Directly engage with our clients, offering the warmth and understanding our Law Firm is known for, every step of their journey.
• In-take calls. Discuss with the lead attorney to evaluate and screen potential personal injury cases.
• Collaborate with a lead attorney to discuss strategies. Research and draft documents.
• Obtain policy reports, and medical records, coordinate appointments, and organize record keeping.
• Dive into medical records with attention to detail and care that symbolizes the work we do at Champion Injury Attorneys PC.
• Act as the compassionate bridge between clients and medical providers, guiding them through appointments and procedures. Track and report important doctor’s appointments. Make certain clients are being treated, making their appointments as recommended by medical providers, and bring attention to the lead attorney if the client misses treatments.
• Lead through liability investigations, insurance claims, and resolutions of property damage with the dedication that our clients have come to expect from our Law Firm. Coordinate
• Prepare files with an unwavering commitment to excellence, readying them for our demand department and ensuring that our clients receive the outstanding service they deserve.
• Monitor Statute of Limitations and collaborate with the lead attorney.
• Research case law.
