We're looking for a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to help manage our remote team of video editors and assist in communicating with our international clients.
You will play a key role in ensuring that the team is running smoothly every day — checking in editors, resolving issues, and keeping our clients updated professionally.
Daily Responsibilities:
-Ensure all editors check in by 7:00 AM via our system
-Respond to client concerns
-Coordinate between editors and clients in a professional manner
-Provide solutions and communicate updates promptly to both sides
What We’re Looking For:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Highly punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
-Able to work independently and stay calm under pressure
-Experience in managing remote teams, executive assistance, or customer service
-Comfortable using tools like WhatsApp, Slack, etc.
-Can respond quickly and professionally to urgent concerns
