Operations & Training Project Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Training & Admin Project Manager to join our team. This fully remote role is perfect for someone with exceptional administrative skills, experience supporting C-level executives, and the ability to effectively manage and guide a team of remote employees.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support remote employees to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
* Act as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support as required.
* Conduct weekly check-ins with employees to assess performance, offer support, and maintain engagement.
* Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues, similar to an Account Manager role.
* Develop, structure, and maintain comprehensive training materials and documentation.
* Lead training sessions to provide employees with the necessary skills and knowledge.
* Oversee administrative tasks, including report organization, document maintenance, and operational process management.
* Work primarily during afternoon and evening hours, with flexibility to accommodate U.S. time zones when needed.

Requirements:
* Proven experience working remotely—this is essential.
* Strong administrative background with the capability to manage and organize complex tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, including leading training sessions, conducting employee check-ins, and engaging with clients.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to develop and maintain structured processes and documentation.
* Experience supporting C-level executives is a plus, with the ability to interact professionally at high business levels.
