About Clean Casa:
Clean Casa is a growing residential and short-term rental cleaning company based in Utah, USA. We operate multiple cleaning teams across several service areas and have a remote admin team supporting day-to-day US operations. We are systems-driven, detail-oriented, and serious about delivering a consistent, high-quality experience to every client.
We are growing and the owner needs to focus on sales and business development. That means we need a sharp, experienced Operations Manager to own the day-to-day running of the business.

About This Role:
This is a real leadership position. You will be the person who keeps the business running while the owner is focused on growth. You will manage our remote admin team directly, serve as the escalation point for client issues, and be trusted to make operational decisions independently.

We have documented systems and SOPs in place and are always building more. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of those systems, improve them over time, and hold the team accountable to them.
If you have managed people before, thrive in a fast-paced service environment, communicate exceptionally well in American English, and want a long-term role with real authority and ownership, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
-Managing and supporting a team of remote admin staff (scheduling, accountability, performance)
-Serving as the primary escalation point for client complaints and concerns
-Approving recleans, schedule adjustments, and operational decisions independently
-Coordinating with field teams to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time
-Overseeing client communication and ensuring response times and quality standards are met
-Maintaining and improving internal SOPs and operational processes
-Reporting directly to the owner and flagging issues that require executive attention
-Supporting hiring and onboarding of new admin staff as the team grows

What We Are Looking For:
-Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral American accent (this is the single most important requirement for this role)
-Proven experience as an operations manager, general manager, or team lead in a service-based business (cleaning, STR management, property management, or similar strongly preferred)
-Demonstrated experience managing a remote team
-Strong decision-making ability and comfort operating independently
-High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Jobber or similar scheduling tools, and general internet tools
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup
-Someone who takes ownership, holds themselves and others accountable, and shows up every single day

Additional Information:
Fully remote, work-from-home position
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm MST (Utah, USA)
Pay $12.00-$15.00/hour based on experience and qualifications
Long-term position with direct impact on company growth and culture
Reports directly to the owner
