Notion Expert Needed for Digital Agency Workspace & Client Portal

I’m looking for someone who absolutely lives and breathes Notion to help build a scalable, structured workspace for my digital agency. I currently have zero systems—no project management, no SOPs, and no reminders (yes, it’s a mess).

What I need:
- Notion workspace to manage all internal projects, tasks, statuses, SOP documentation, reminders, etc.
- Fully functioning client portal.
- Everything seamlessly integrated and extremely user-friendly.
- A short training or video walkthrough at the end to ensure I’m confident managing this system.
