We’re Crazy Capable, a mission-driven startup helping women achieve financial freedom and business success. We need a Membership & Sales Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in customer support, sales tracking, and content management.

This role requires excellent written English skills, as you will be handling customer communication, formatting content, and managing memberships. If you're a proactive problem-solver who enjoys supporting business operations, we want YOU!

What You'll Do

Membership & Customer Support
- Manage membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
- Provide customer support via email, chat, and community platforms.
- Assist in onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Maintain accurate membership records and resolve account issues.

Sales & Revenue Tracking
- Track sales for memberships, courses, and digital products.
- Monitor payment status, renewals, and refund requests.
- Generate weekly reports on revenue, customer trends, and growth opportunities.

Content & Product Uploads
- Upload blog posts, courses, and digital products to WordPress (LearnDash, EDD).
- Format and proofread website content to maintain branding consistency.
- Assist with creating product listings, pricing updates, and sales promotions.

Virtual Assistant & Research Tasks
- Organize business files, schedules, and research data.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and new tools.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to provide recommendations.

What You Bring
Excellent Written & Communication Skills (MUST HAVE)
- Ability to write and format content professionally in English.
- Strong attention to detail in proofreading and editing.

Strong Administrative & Organizational Skills
- Ability to manage data, files, and schedules efficiently.
- Experience handling customer inquiries and problem-solving.

Tech & Tool Expertise
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
- WordPress (EDD, LearnDash, PeepSo) (Preferred but not required—training provided!).
- ClickUp or Trello (for workflow & task management).
- Google Analytics, ConvertKit (email marketing tracking), and Excel/Google Sheets.
