Job Description

Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

We are an executive and leadership coaching firm recognized for our comprehensive approach to personal and professional development, focusing on empowering leaders and teams to exceed their goals. Specializing in a wide range of coaching services, from executive coaching to team dynamics and personal growth, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to enhance our marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in developing precise marketing briefs, strategizing alongside the CMO to uncover new pathways for growth, and serving as a key communicator among clients, agencies, and internal coaches. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, adept at managing multiple projects, thrive in client-facing roles, passionate about marketing, and possess a deep understanding of digital marketing landscapes, including funnel optimization, targeted email campaigns, and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Brief Creation + Marketing Material Creation: Generate detailed and effective briefs for the creative team, ensuring clarity on project goals and deliverables. Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Innovative Strategy Formulation: Collaborate with the CMO to conceive and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
- Internal and Agency Communication: Act as a pivotal liaison, facilitating seamless interactions between the firm’s coaches, internal team, and external agencies, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Coach Needs: Collaborate with the coaching team to understand their key needs and develop targeted marketing efforts.
- Comprehensive Project Oversight: Manage and prioritize a portfolio of marketing projects, maintaining focus on deadlines and quality output.
- Insightful Market Research: Execute comprehensive market and competitor research to guide strategic decision-making and identify new growth opportunities.
- Analytical Proficiency: Utilize Excel for sophisticated data analysis, enhancing marketing effectiveness through actionable insights.
- Digital Marketing Excellence: Utilize extensive understanding of digital marketing fundamentals to target specific demographics, streamline conversion funnels, and re-engage dormant leads effectively. Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content creation, and advertising. Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to the CMO.
- Event Management: Assist in organizing photographers, events, and workshops to promote the firm's services.
- External Platform Review: Manage the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date and proofed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing, strategy development, and project management within a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional ability to act as a liaison for clients and teams, with a proven track record of managing relationships effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, email strategies, and social media best practices.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis, coupled with a strategic marketing mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding written and spoken English, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
