What You’ll Own
Calendar Control – Own the schedule. Prioritize what matters. Book, move, cancel fast.
Inbox Mastery – Monitor, triage, and respond with clarity. No
Docs & Comms – Draft, edit, and manage internal and external comms. Accuracy matters.
Coordination Hub – Support internal projects, meetings, and follow-through across the team.
Confidential Tasks – Manage sensitive business and family matters with 100% discretion.
Process Optimization – See broken workflows? Fix them. We value systems thinkers.
Event Support – Help coordinate business events or family logistics when needed.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior exec
Exceptional time management and decision-making under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confident with Zoom, Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace
Trustworthy with sensitive info and high-stakes decisions
Can juggle competing priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment
Bonus: Law firm, startup, or high-accountability org experience
