We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Specialist to join our team and manage our billing processes with precision.

The Invoicing Specialist will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring invoices are accurately prepared and sent out in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has a strong background in QuickBooks Online, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices for 3PL services, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Verify billing details against service agreements and customer records.
Track and reconcile accounts receivable, ensuring payments are received on time.
Follow up on overdue invoices and communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances.
Generate financial reports related to invoicing and accounts receivable.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and client communications.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable (preferably in a 3PL or logistics environment).
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with ClickUp, Notion, or similar task management tools is a plus.
