Responsibilities:
- Screen and interview applicants to ensure they meet team needs and contribute to the organization's goals (job analysis/assessment).
- Organize, initiate, and support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Track employee off requests, absences, and grievances.
- Manage patient profiles.
- Provide guidance and support to employees experiencing difficulties with their team or lead.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers regarding employees who require written or verbal warnings.
- Assist in areas such as insurance transitions and chronic care management when needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience (preferred).
- Relevant background in HR, patient care, or healthcare administration.
- Strong knowledge of US health insurance plans and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Adaptable and eager to learn.
- Comfortable making phone calls and interviewing candidates.
- Must have a Mac or any iOS device (required).
