Are you organized, communicative, and experienced? We are on the lookout for proactive Virtual Assistants to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve providing essential administrative and customer support to businesses, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, emails, and schedules.
- Customer Support: Handle emails, manage Zendesk tickets, and moderate Upgrade to see actual info chat.
- Data Management: Perform data entry, maintain spreadsheets, and update CRM systems.
- Client Relations: Coordinate meetings, send follow-ups, and manage client data.
- Operations Assistance: Support with bookkeeping, track expenses, and compile reports.

Qualifications:

- Expertise in Zendesk is a must.
- Prior experience in remote support or virtual assistant roles.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Upgrade to see actual info, and Slack.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules for 24/7 support.
