We are looking for a candidate that is versatile and has a can-do attitude who is looking for a fast-paced busy role where no two days are the same. You will be working directly with the CEO and supporting her to manage therapy services across busy clinics and schools. You will be the first contact for clients, therefore it is crucial that your English is of a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary management of the CEO
- Arranging and booking in meetings
- Inbox Management
- Client On-Boarding
- CRM management
- Telephone calls - THIS IS ESSENTIAL SO YOU MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS
- Booking in clients via phone and
- Appointment Setter
- Liaison with clients and staff
- Client Queries
- Expenses
- Document production and finishing
- Uploading and maintaining client details in our database
- Typing reports and
- Other administrative activities as required
- Supporting the CEO with personal and admin tasks
- Managing the CEO's family calendar
Required skills:
- Good attention to detail
- High quality spoken and written English
- Excellent skills in ,MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets
- Experience in the above
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Mon - Fri 8.00am - 4.30pm UK Time (30mins lunch break)
- Saturdays 10am - 1pm UK Time (this is flexible)
