Healthcare Administrative Assistant

HealthCare Academic Assistant for our Online Healthcare College
The Virtual Assistant will help the Professor/Instructor in guiding and teaching our healthcare students as well as coordinate all the teaching activities.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in working for Educational Institutions
- Ability to manage Student Information Management.
- 1 year of working experience with an Education College or University.
- 1 year experience in administration and academic support for support
- Good skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good skills with Technological Skills, Adobe Acrobat PDF editor, and modifying document

Must have skills.
• Flexible, manageable schedule. Toronto Eastern Standard Time-zone
• Laptop/Computer, Video, Camera, Mic and Speaker
• Comfortable Virtual, online, real-time online, and in-class instruction.

NOTE:
• Working 7 days per week including 1 day weekend (either Saturday or Sunday).
• Working 7 hours per day afternoon shift from 11.00 pm - 6.00 pm Toronto EST time zone
• US$4 per hour

QUESTIONS

6 - The job rate is US$4 per hour. Confirm you are OK with this.
7- Are you able to work 6 days a week from 11.00 pm - 6.00 pm Toronto EST time.
(7 hours per day)
8 -Are you able to work 1 day weekend EST time
