We're looking for a full-time Executive Assistant
Please only apply if you have at least one year of relevant experience in Executive Assistance
We're looking for someone with experience on:
Bonus: Worked with a physician before and boosted online presence
Executive Assistance:
-Manage
-Administrative tasks
-Calendar management and appointment setting
-Research and compile a list of speaking opportunities and create goals for speaking engagements.
-Manage professional memberships and create a renewal schedule for licenses and memberships.
-Support internal communications by drafting messages and maintaining communication plans.
-Creating agendas and meeting minutes for innovation meetings.
-Conduct personal research on various topics and handle logistics for gatherings or events.
-Assist in vetting companies and consultants for specialized tasks or projects.
-Research and implement best practices for employee salary and benefits.
-Submit insurance claims and manage insurance-related tasks.
-Set up staff surveys, handle anonymous data, and assist in analyzing survey responses.
-Help with patient surveys and make sure that everyone, regardless of their tech skills, can participate.
Social Media Management:
-Experience with Personal Brand Management
-Conduct hiring and recruitment activities (LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter).
-Coordinate development work and assist in project management tasks.
-Update LinkedIn account and manage personal brand presence, including creating posts and engaging with connections.
-Conduct market research and assist in industry standard research.
-Utilize AI tools effectively for research and task management.
