We are a boutique talent agency based in Australia, and we're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and reliable virtual assistant to join our team and help us coordinate bookings, respond to
This is a remote, full-time role (40 hours per week) and perfect for someone who wants a stable, long-term opportunity with room to grow.
???? What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding to
Scheduling meetings, shoots, and bookings for talent
Following up with brands and clients regarding upcoming collaborations
Managing calendars and updating schedules
Drafting simple briefs or reminders for models
Communicating with our internal team about progress and updates
Light admin work (organising folders, updating spreadsheets, etc.)
? You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have excellent written English (professional but friendly tone)
Are organised, self-managed, and detail-oriented
Can follow instructions and also take initiative
Are responsive and reliable with communication
Are available to work full-time from 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM AEDT (Melbourne/Sydney time)
Have experience in customer service, admin, or scheduling (preferred but not required)
???? Requirements:
Fast and reliable internet connection
Laptop or desktop computer
Ability to use Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.
Bonus if you’ve used tools like Trello, Notion, or CRMs before (not essential)
