JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Finance Admin

Reporting Structure: Directly Reports to the CEO, and administratively reports to the COO

Job Summary:
The Finance Admin will handle the overall finance and accounting function for the start-up company. It will start part-time at a minimum of 20 hours per week, then, over a few months when workloads increase, will transition into a full-time position at a minimum of 40 hours per week. The initial job will have to set up the financial forecasting and reporting, cash flow, P&L, inventory cycle, production and sales analysis, performance incentives data tracking, and administration of the operations support. Must know how to set up the financial workflow and controls and database (Quickbooks, etc) and its integration with POS, inventory management system, CRM/ ERP, and other business technology applications.

Qualifications:
BS Degree-holder, preferably Business/ Finance/ Accounting with a background in sales, inventory, auditing, administrative management tasks, and service acumen. High-level analytical, planning, and multi-disciplinary/ diverse people-handling skills.
