We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. This remote position requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in managing accounts receivable, overseeing sales processes, and leading people management initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collections and reporting.
Support the sales team by managing schedules, client communications, and data entry.
Handle daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Lead and manage small teams, ensuring productivity and team cohesion.
Act as a point of contact between senior managers and employees, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role with responsibilities in accounts receivable, sales support, and people management.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong leadership qualities and experience in managing teams.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and various communication tools.
Reliable high-speed internet connection to support remote work duties effectively.
