This is a professional position with significant responsibility for providing administrative and personal support to the Founder and Executive of a digital marketing firm.
This is an amazing opportunity to work for an ambitious entrepreneur and ceo with decades of experience on a long term basis. You will be trusted with a lot of responsibility and expected to be timely, consistent and available to support him and the business.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
- Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Forward looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.).
- Basic bookkeeping and looking at reports and understanding them.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Available for 4 hours each day mid to late morning New York time (GMT-4).

- As new challenges and opportunities come up, you will need to be dynamic and be a self starter able to figure out how to learn to achieve the desired results needed.
