Role Overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you will support our Sales Manager in customer engagement and sales operations, allowing them to focus on new customer development and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle phone calls, online chats,
• Introduce our products to customers and address their inquiries.
• Document customer requirements and create profiles and quotes in our order management system.
• Follow up on sent quotes and maintain customer communication.
• Liaise with customers on building design requirements and coordinate with our design team.
• Keep customers informed about order, production, and transport status.
• Update order management systems with new information.
• Issue invoices and manage payment reminders.
• Address customer complaints and gather feedback for service improvement.
Required Skills:
• Excellent English communication skills with little to no accent.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
• 13th-month pay.
• Overtime available.
• 5% pay increase in 6 months, followed by another 5% increase in 12 months.
Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Australian Eastern Time, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
