Job Overview:
I'm looking for a strategic, business-minded Executive Assistant to support me in growing and scaling existing businesses. This is not just an administrative role — I need someone who thinks critically, makes independent decisions, and proactively identifies opportunities to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have experience in business planning, sales funnels, website management, cold calling, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities
I. Business Growth & Expansion
- Assist in developing and executing business plans to support company growth
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability
- Support sales funnel strategies, optimizing lead generation and conversion rates
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to expand business opportunities
- Assist in website building and management to enhance brand presence
- Collaborate with the CEO to streamline operations and support business expansion
II. Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and correspondence
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and research to support decision-making
- Ensure seamless communication between the CEO, teams, and external stakeholders
- Maintain a direct connection with the CEO through a mandatory 4-hour daily video call
III. Task & Project Management
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
- Proactively analyze problems and implement solutions without waiting for instructions
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings
IV. Personal Assistance (When Requested)
- Manage personal accounts, household bills, and online purchases
- Arrange travel and accommodations for business and personal trips
- Coordinate home maintenance, repairs, and service appointments
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters
Who You Are

- Strong communicator, able to engage with teams and clients professionally
- Comfortable with cold calling, sales funnel management, and lead generation
- Experienced in website building, operations, and project coordination
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Partner, or Virtual Assistant
- Strong understanding of business operations, sales funnels, and marketing strategies
- Comfortable using project management tools like Asana, Slack, and Clockify
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online platforms
- Strong internet connection and ability to work 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Graveyard Shift)
- Must be available for a 4-hour daily video call with the CEO
