Are you an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy virtual assistant looking to support a fast-growing business in the music and entertainment industry? We are seeking an Executive Assistant to help manage daily operations, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency across multiple businesses.
About Us
I am the world’s most followed wedding saxophonist DJ and the founder of The Luxury Musician, a coaching company that helps musicians scale to six-figure incomes. I also own Wedding Sax DJ, an entertainment agency providing high-end live music for weddings and private events. With multiple businesses and a growing team, I need a skilled executive assistant to keep things running smoothly.
Role Overview
As my Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in managing communications, scheduling, documentation, and team coordination. You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities

• Zoom & Meeting Coordination: Set up Zoom invites, send reminders, and take notes during key meetings.
• SOP Creation & Documentation: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency in business processes.
• Liaising with Tea
• Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks: Handle file organization, research, data entry, and other support tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communicator with fluent English (written & spoken)
• Proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise
• Experience managing multiple
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello)
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Operations Manager
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accountability
Bonus Skills
• Experience in the music, entertainment, or coaching industry
• Familiarity with social media management
• Basic knowledge of CRM or
Position Details
• Fully remote (work from anywhere)
