Job Title: Executive Assistant & Project/Processes Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant & Project/Processes Manager to bring order and efficiency to our business operations. This pivotal role involves creating and managing project briefs, establishing streamlined processes, and holding team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at gathering project requirements, and can intuitively identify and address gaps in workflows.

Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Assist the CEO with calendar management, email follow-ups, and capturing key notes during meetings.
Act as the CEO's organizational right hand, ensuring all ideas and tasks are documented and actionable.
Project Management:
Develop clear and concise project briefs by gathering requirements from the CEO and relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Track project progress, follow up with team members, and hold individuals accountable for deadlines.
Process Improvement:
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency.
Create, document, and implement standardized processes to improve organization and accountability.
Ensure all team members understand and follow established processes.
Communication & Collaboration:
Serve as the conduit between the CEO and various teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information, set expectations, and meet deadlines.
Reporting & Analysis:
Regularly update the CEO on project statuses, highlighting potential risks or bottlenecks.
Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and decisions made during meetings.
Followup Manager:
Must be a dedicated followup manager until the job or task is completed.
Believe in pursuing and following up with people to get things done.

Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven experience in project management and process improvement.
A proactive mindset with the intuition to identify and solve problems.
Proficiency with project management tools and software is a plus.
No formal qualifications are required; experience and results matter most.

Remuneration:
$5 - $15 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

Projects and processes are executed with a high level of detail and efficiency.
Improved organizational structure and accountability across the business.
The CEO is freed up to focus on strategic initiatives, knowing operations are well-managed.
