Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant for our client in the real estate industry. This role involves handling administrative tasks, tracking deal progress, conducting research, and managing real estate tools. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support – Handle miscellaneous tasks such as managing invoices, modifying presentations, processing payments, and assisting with document redlines.
- Deal Tracking & Progression – Monitor deal progress, track key steps, and proactively assist in moving deals forward.
- Manage inbox correspondence to identify and follow up on deal-related action items.
- Market & Company Research – Conduct research on real estate assets using CoStar and CompStak.
- Analyze existing and new companies to determine lead potential based on set parameters.
- Database & System Management – Maintain and update a custom Salesforce database for tracking data.
- Utilize ClickUp for deal and task management, with the flexibility to suggest better systems if needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in executive assistance, real estate, or deal support is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze business industries and assess potential leads.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, CoStar, CompStak, and ClickUp (or willingness to learn).
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.
